The approx. 79 sqm large apartment is characterised by its open floor plan, which offers extensive views. This generosity is underlined by the clear design of the interior. All fixtures are custom-made detail solutions that blend perfectly into the room or merge with it.  Built-in cupboards, building services, lighting, etc. are understood as part of the architecture. In perception, nothing distracts from the room and the experienced feeling of space. The lighting concept deserves special mention. Indirect lighting was preferred here. Light was also integrated into recessed furniture to give the room an additional (depth) level. With regard to the materials used, natural materials predominate, such as limestone, hardwood floors of Canadian maple or basalt lava. A contrast is provided by the concrete-look cottage set into the room with its sculptural, self-supporting steel staircase.
