The apartment in a typical 1950s post-war building was rather sober, in large parts in need of renovation and did not make full use of its potential. The optimisation of the floor plan of the kitchen/bathroom allowed the accommodation of a bathtub and a generous shower. Filler walls and a light-coloured floor of Canadian maple make the rooms with a ceiling height of just over 2.50 m appear more spacious. Black granite was used in the bathroom and kitchen. The plate formats are very large and I orientate the kitchen to the dimensions of the base units. The detailed planning leads to a calm, harmonious and noble overall appearance.
