This detached house, located on a hill within sight of the Californian Pacific coast, had a good night's sleep. In the course of the years adapted to the needs of the residents, a bottleneck between the front and rear house was created. The hallway was only 50 cm wide, giving a cramping feeling. A redesign of the bathroom adjacent to the corridor made it possible to adapt the floor plan and open the corridor. The generosity of the house was emphasized by the installation of ceiling spots throughout the house. Outside, both the front and rear gardens were newly laid out and planted with drought-resistant sacculants. The house received a bright, friendly new coat of paint.
